Never one to mince his words, Oyster Boy‘s Adam Colquhoun has a reputation as a grizzled hospitality veteran who always speaks his mind.

This week sees us sit down for a chat about the ongoing COVID-19 clusterfudge, its impact upon the oyster business, and how much he misses watching his beloved Raptors.
