This week Good Food Revolution took at trip down to Restaurants Canada‘s new digs, just across the street from The Drake Hotel on Queen Street West.

The non-profit organisation are in the process of ramping up for their big show “Hospitality Unleashed” at Toronto’s Enercare/Direct Energy Centre on the 28th/29th of February and the 1st of March.

Formerly known as the CFRA (Canadian Food and Restaurant Association), Restaurants Canada have gone through a dramatic transformation under the watch of President and CEO Donna Dooher. We sat down with Donna to discuss the evolution of the organisation, what’s going on at the upcoming show, and what makes Restaurants Canada relevant in today’s world of hospitality.
