James Beard Award winning author and TV personality, Trish Magwood is back with an all new cookbook, In My Mother’s Kitchen. Magwood took time to talk to GFR at a personal appearance at All The Best Fine Foods, where her book sold out its first order and more had to be rush delivered that morning from the nearby Cookbook Store). She talks about the new project and why she decided to honour and popularise the recipes of her mother, grandmother and generations of women in the kitchen across Canada in the video below.
