—VINTAGES#: 119529   |   750 mL bottle  $15.95

La Croix de Queynac is located northwest of Lalande de Pomerol in the commune of Galgon on the Right Bank.  This Bordeaux Rosé is made of vines situated on a gravelly, silty and sandy soil. Composed of 35%  Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc.  Very aromatic offering raspberry, wild strawberry, apple and fresh cut herbs.  A lively wine both silky and dense on the palate with a real fruity finale.  Perfect for your next BBQ or as an afternoon sipper.

Kellerei St. Magdalena Pinot Grigio 2013

—VINTAGES#: 249466   |   750 mL bottle  $16.95

Hailing from Alto Adige, Italy which is a predominantly German speaking region that used to be a part of Austria.  In this subalpine climate, Pinot Grigio obtains a smoky aroma with a sharper acidity, full and mellow with a warm, floral perfume and a strong character.   Sara d’Amato of Wine Align  describes it as “A very pretty, floral and ethereal pinot grigio. The nose is an ocean fresh breeze and the lofty texture is sublime. Notes of salinity, white flower and peachy fruit are delicately apparent on both the nose and palate. Flavours of peach, apricot, bergamot and orange blossom linger memorably on the finish. Not your typical, indistinct pinot grigio. 89 Points”

Maison Roche de Bellene Vieilles Vignes Bourgogne Chardonnay 2012

—VINTAGES#: 299867   |   750 mL bottle  $20.95

Known as the Haute Couture Negociant of Burgundy.
They have an amazing range of wines including most of the Grand Crus that are the result of extreme and intensive
work in the vineyard and in the winery by Nicolas Potel (who recently visited Toronto,  see his GFR Video here) and his team.  His entry level Chardonnay is fantastic and a great value Burgundy.  “A truly impressive entry level Burgundy. The palate features a leesy flavour and texture and a great degree of complexity. Very good depth and concentration for the price. Notes of gooseberry, lemon tart, white peach, grapefruit, and a hint of wood spice that is so seamlessly integrated it is barely discernible. Very good length. Tasted May 2015.” 90 Points Sara d’Amato Wine Align

Maison Roche de Bellene Vieilles Vignes Meursault 2010

—VINTAGES#: 241091   |   750 mL bottle  $48.95

If you are looking for a village level Burgundy this 2010 Meursault is drinking beautifully.  Located in Burgundy’s Cote du Beaune, Meursault is known almost exclusively for white wines that can be characterized as rich and savoury.  “This house makes quite sleek, polished faintly sweet chardonnays – very easy to like. Now showing a touch of maturity this shows very generous aromas of ripe peach, vanilla, popcorn kernel and feint dusty cedar. Its medium-full bodied, smooth and juicy. Excellent length. Tasted May 2015” 91 Points David Lawrason Wine Align
