The Evergreen Brick Works is famous for its Saturday farmers market and as a venue for fancy parties and food festivals, but there’s lots for kids to do around food there too. EBW’s Food Program Manager, Marina Queirolo, describes two Saturday programs for kids that integrate into the farmers market in the video below. Hands in The Bowl is a drop-in program for kids 4 to 7 and their parents. And Growing Taste Buds is a Saturday drop off program for kids led by chef Joshna Maharaj 8 to 12 that culminates in the kids’ own farmers market stall.
