Last week we were most perturbed to hear that our good friend Chef Fergus Henderson of St. John restaurant had taken ill and been hospitalised with COVID-19; thankfully he has been receiving the very best of care at St. Thomas’ hospital and is currently on the way to recovery.
In order to check up on Fergus and discover how the pandemic was affecting our London restaurant friends we were most happy to interview Fergus’ business partner, Trevor Gulliver.
Always a gentleman with utterly fascinating opinions, it was a real delight to get his take on the crisis that is affecting each and every one of us.
