The Toronto Beer Mafioso meet Iacopo Lenci at Burger Bar in Kensington Market

Iacopo Lenci is the Brewmaster/Owner of the cult Tuscan brewery of Bruton. He also happens to be the son of acclaimed Winemaker Agostino Lenci of Fattoria di Magliano fame! One has to understand that Iacopo Lenci is certainly not your common-or-garden Brewer.

HE was recently in town to meet with the cream of Toronto’s beer writers at Kensington Market’s wonderful Burger Bar.

(On a side note, and not wishing to usurp Burger Boy, we’d like to point out that Good Food Revolution’s favourite burgers can be found here)

Iacopo sat down with GFR to have a little chat about beer…

Bruton beers are available from The Stem Wine Group. Just ask for Rob and tell him that Jamie sent you…

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of  Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… and it has to be said that he does enjoy the odd beer or two…

This video is made possible through the kind support of Fortessa Canada/Schott Zwiesel
