A lighter bodied Chardonnay with richly styled flavours; vanilla, peach, pear and toasty oak are carried over a smooth texture completed by a long, refreshing citrus finish. The winemaking team works with a combination of new, one and two-year old French, American, and Canadian barrels to create the style. A portion of the wine is fermented and aged in barrel, with another fermented in stainless steel then transferred to barrel. This diversity adds complexity, flavour, and balance. Pour this with a wide range of favorites, from shrimp cocktails, to grilled chicken skewers, to mac’n’cheese.
