There’s a new(ish) cocktail slinger in town, and that man is Irish-born Shane Mulvany, Bar Manager at Paese Ristorante on King Street West. Having worked in some serious establishments in both London and New York City, Shane brought his talents to Toronto a few months ago.
We shared a few drinks with Shane in an effort to find out the cut of his jib, and we discovered that he makes some damn fine drinks, most based on the most classic of classics.
