Quince Bistro is one of GFR’s Certified Good Food Fighters, and I caught up with co-owner Jennifer Gittins (her Husband Michael Van Den Winkel is the other owner and chef) to talk about her innovative wine program in the video below. By taking an alternative view of pricing, Gittins encourages her patrons to try new things and find the just the right match for what’s on their plates.
