Bonnie Gordon turned her passion for making spectacular cakes into a life mission to teach others her skill and craft at the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts. I caught up with Bonnie Gordon at her beautiful new campus in the northwest corner of the old city of Toronto. After a quick tour of high ceilinged classrooms full of young students making the most amazing and intricate icing scultpures or (more practically) learning about health codes, we found a quiet studio to shoot the video below, wherein she charts her culinary journey to date.
