Earlier this week Good Food Revolution were delighted to attend the first in Canadian Beer News‘ exciting Dinner Series.
This ongoing series of dinners aims to bring together some of Canada’s top breweries and beer importers with outstanding chefs and restaurants to create unique and exciting beer and food pairing experiences.
The first dinner took place at Toronto’s Windsor Arms Hotel and featured GFR favourites Beau’s All Natural Brewing alongside talented Raw/Vegan Chef Doug McNish. Doug’s Raw Food Cookbook is due for publication in Spring of 2012.
Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge, and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… and he has to admit that was some of the best Vegan food he has ever tasted.
