Stratford Chefs School Student Vince Stacey gets to work butchering a pig.

Three Stratford Chefs School students recently spent a day at Toronto restaurant Richmond Station with alumni Chefs Carl Heinrich and Ryan Donovan. This was in preparation for their lab dinners at the school the following week. We chatted with each of them about what they were learning from two of the nicest (and most talented) guys in the business.
