Chef Nick Liu welcomes guests to his GwaiLo preview dinner.

Last week GFR were lucky enough to be invited to a special sneak preview of Nick Liu and Christina Kuypers’ new project GwaiLo. Nick and Christina are currently looking for a suitable location for their Asian Brasserie, but this special night was to give a few folks an opportunity to taste what they will be offering upon opening.

It was pretty damn impressive…

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge, and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… and he was most happy to see some of Nick’s favourites on the menu.
