While it is usually the irrepressible Chef/Patron Martin Picard who gets all of the press attention, at famed Montreal restaurant Au Pied de Cochon it’s the extremely talented Chef de Cuisine Emily Homsy who keeps things in order on a day-to-day basis.

We felt that she deserved a little more of the spotlight and so at the end of a busy Saturday night we ambushed the lovely Chef Homsy for a little interview on the street.
