This month we join the slightly camera-shy Meg Lederer at Hooked in Leslieville to speak about Haida Gwaii Rockfish.
I had picked up a little of this interesting fish a few weeks back as I was unfamiliar with the name (it’s occasionally sold under the Pacific Snapper moniker).
A little pan-frying in butter with some lemon and herbs and the family loved it, so I was eager to explore a little more about this fish with Meg.
